There are deadlines for requesting a variance, as allowed by HCPS policy, to attend another HCPS school.  The deadline to request a variance for students currently in grades 8 – 11 is February 15, 2021.  The deadline for students currently in grades 1 – 7 is March 15, 2021.  Students entering kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year have 30 days from the date of enrollment to request a variance.  Students who move after the deadline have 30 calendar days from the date of a move to request a variance.
